hello

on my board i have a forum where users exchange electronic currency. a feedback system like the ebay one (positive, neutral, negative) would be usefull.
a needed feature would have to limit a user to add only a feedbak per each user that parteciped in a topic.

example.

in a topic 5 users posted. so users are A, B, C, D, E

A can add only one feedback for B, only one feedback for C, and so on.

if A try to add another feedback for B, he should receive a message "You already did a feedback to user B in this topic"
